COURSES & CLIMBING SESSIONS

Q1. I work with a youth group – can we come climbing?

Yes, we cater for a wide range of of all abilities. Please see our Young Climbers and Schools & Colleges pages.

Q2. When do you run your outdoor courses?

To try to maximise the chance of good weather our outdoor courses normally start after Easter and finish around mid-September. If you want to arrange a private course outside our scheduled dates, please contact us and we’ll try to assist.

Q3. How far in advance do I need to book a course?

Some of our courses are extremely popular e.g. Birthday Parties and Beginners courses. Please allow about 4-6 weeks for these courses.  Other courses vary with popularity but maybe available at short notice. We can take bookings up to 12 months in advance.

Q4. When are your quietest times?

The centre is usually quietest in the summer months and whenever the weather is good.  We can be busy during winter evenings and at wet weekends. Group entry is limited during our busier periods.

Q5. Can you run an abseil for us?

Yes, we can organise abseils at various locations subject to a satisfactory risk assessment, which we can provide for you.
