Duke Of Edinburgh's Award
We can help schools and youth organisations with the Expedition Section of the Award. We
can provide expedition training and expedition support anywhere in the UK. Expedition Training weekend Based in the Brecon Beacons or Exmoor, this two day residential course covers all aspects of expedition training to any level: equipment, navigation skills, route planning, camp craft, cooking, the Country Code, teambuilding, risk assessment and emergency procedures are all covered in this intensive course. Arrive Friday evening, depart Sunday afternoon.
Price: £95 per person
Expedition support
We can support your school’s D of E Expedition programme by providing a qualified and experienced instructor to supervise your expeditions. We will risk assess the routes and manage the practice or qualifying expeditions for you.
Pre–expedition meeting/training £25 per hour
Expedition supervisor/trainer £150 per day +
