TEAMWORK SKILLS

This is a day course for Year 8 students that aims to develop teamwork skills amongst groups and explore the dynamics that occur within teams using Belbin Team Roles ®. Students will be offered the opportunity to lead a team and explore the issues of:

• leadership
• communication
• planning
• problem solving
• reviewing

These skills are difficult to train effectively in the classroom environment and this course provides a series of team challenges and problem solving tasks that can be reviewed for maximum learning.

This highly successful course has been running regularly in partnership with The Extended Schools Partnership for over three years now. Schools have commissioned their own development programs with us.
