Membership pass holders can now send updates to UCR directly from the webform below.
You can use the secure form below to request the following changes be made to your account.
- Update your contact information
- Update your payment information (monthly billed customers)
- Freeze your membership (£2 per month freeze charge applies)
- Un-freeze your membership
- Cancel your monthly membership
- Request other changes, using the comments form.
The change request will be flagged to a member of staff who can then approve/action your request as soon as possible. Terms and conditions apply to certain requests – details of these can be found below the form.
Terms & Conditions
Minimum freeze duration of 3 weeks
Freeze fee of £2 per month applies.
A maximum of 2 freezes will be allowed in any 12 month period and no freeze can be longer than 6 months.
